The "no disabilities" put me completely cross ways with this. Disabled people have just as much right to self protection as anyone else. Drop those two words and I would vote yes but excluding the disabled doesn't fly with me.

A person with no legal disability SHOULD be able to carry anywhere EXCEPT courthouses, police stations, jails/prisons, and mental health facilities. Unfortunately, that isn't the reality of the world we live in.
