No, I stopped at the Fin in Ashland and they were $1099.
Went to Canton Fin (had a doctor appointment scheduled for today in Canton and I had never been there before so I wanted to scout it out anyway)
$1099 there too.

Boardman Fin still had $1089 but I knew Expert Outfitters in North Lima had it for $1049 so that's where I went.
 
I ordered a new Colt Delta Elite stainless when they first came out in 1988. Wish I had taken a picture. That one didn't work out so well. Maybe I need another now.

So did I. I sent it to Bar-Sto for a new barrel and it came back perfect. I also installed a squard off firing pin retainer to delay the opening of the action.
 
I’ve considered an aftermarket barrel for my G40 but after shooting my over max 800X loads with 180 gr XTP’s I couldn’t tell the difference in the brass from the G20 with a KKM barrel and the G40 with factory barrel. No more budge than normal so I may just leave it stock for now.
 
I really wished the profile barrel on the 10MM math champion was the same as the one on the 357magnum. I think the 357magnum has better lines sexier lol.

I was instrumental in talking then Dan Wesson owner,Bob Serva, into creating a model 1911 in 10mm.
The Razorback was the result. The first 150 could be ordered with special features.
I placed the first order with my old WHP Badge number as the serial number.
Bob sent the gun in a presentation case.

I liked the gun so much that I asked Bob if a CCO model configured like the Razorback was feasible.
He said “That sounds like fun, let’s do it.”
The result is a Razorback CCO, to my knowledge, the only one in existence. Badge number dash 1.

I carried one or the other on the ranch for 20 years. Shot lots of varmints and a few antelope and heifers that had been hit on the roads by cars and left to die.

10mm is a very effective cartridge.
