Interesting, even more interesting if this thing can be made CT legal. Since AK actioned rifles in 7.62x39 are banned here, I wonder if its close enough?

to bad its prob waaaaayyyyy overpriced

What makes you say that?

Here's a great question, how do YOU determine if a gun is overpriced? Hint.... whether or not it is overpriced depends on the market, not your individual bank account.

I hope they manage to get their QC to the point people aren't having to deal with canted rails on it .... for $1500!!
I like the 556. However, having a good serviceable WASR-10 I am not chafing the bit to get this new Sig.
OTOH I wish Sig Sauer luck with this endeaver.

Seems they could rename it the x39 or something instead of 556-762. I already have a $800 AKM had a $300 WASR. What more would I get from a $1600 7.62x39MM?????

If I could get it for $1K I'd be interested. I don't have anything in that caliber yet, and AKs don't interest me for some reason. It'd go well with my 556 SWAT.

vz-58 runs just over $1k from Czechpoint, and that's a well proven accurate reliable design. I wouldn't mind trying one of these SiGs out, but I can't justify the money they usually want for these high end rifles, not when I already have a vz-58. :)

As much as I hate saying this...

"Yeah, what Atblis said".

Fix the 556, kick your C/S department in the arse, THEN try to pull the wool over our collective eyes once again.
