I have my Sig P-220 SA trigger breaking cleanly now. Problem is the sear spring is pretty stout. In order to lighten up the pull a tad, a lighter sear spring is needed. I don't want to bend or modify the original unless this is the only option.

Anyone know if someone makes a different sear spring for a P-220?

I don't know of any.

There is a lot going on with the sear in a SIG.

It has to work in harmony with the trigger linkage, disconnecter, hammer drop safety and FP block.

All are dependent to some extent on the sear being able to keep up with everything else.
I imagine the factory spring is about what they think they need to have to cover dirt, etc getting in the internals and still get the job done safely without fail.
