I've heard the sub-compact version is (or) should be out already. Does anyne have a compact P250 for ccw?? I'm torn between a G26 and a P250 sub. I know loads of folks here carry a G26, not heard alot about the P250 yet.

I have yet to see a P250 on the shelves so I cant really comment. I do love my Sig though so I assume it will be a sweet little gun... that is convertible into a sweet big gun too.

I own a G26 as well... cant say much bad about it. Its as reliable and accurate as they come. Its also easy to carry for how much firepower it packs. Some folks don't like the grip angle, lack of external safety, and general appearance of Glocks. But they work for me.

Do a LOT of research before you consider the SIG 250?
Most of the stuff I've read from non-professionals (who tend to fawn over advertisers?) is they're not impressed. I like a lot of SIG products (one of my CCWs is a P229R), but when I looked at a 250 I couldn't put it down fast enough. One of the cheapest looking pistols I think I've seen!

I'm not a real big fan of modular designs like the 250-I'd rather just pay a little more money and get a second gun.
If memory serves, SIG is not having much luck AFA 250 sales.

I have a 250c and its a solid gun. The only gripe I have is the long trigger reset, and that alone is enough for me to pass on it as a carry gun.
