Glock not cycling with Silencerco Hybrid Suppressor. Gen 3 Glock 19 with Zev Barrel and Dueck Defense rbu and Delta Point Pro. Zev Barrel is brand new has trouble cycling sub sonic rounds. Subsonic rounds, WWB and Critical Defense rounds do not eject. Critical Duty +P Stove Pipes. Factory barrel works fine with all ammo mentioned above.

My guess is that I have too much weight on the slide or the barrel is too tight. Has anyone else experienced this? Any recommendations on getting this to run other than loosing the optic? I would really like to be able to run the suppressor on this platform. For the most part I plan on using the Suppressor on an AR-10 platform, it functions fine on this firearm. If I have to I have a Glock 21 with Irons I could put the suppressor on.

Thanks.

You need to put about 100 rounds of some hot ammo through the new barrel to break it in, I had the same problem with my Silencerco barrel when it was new. If you still have issues after that consider moving to a lighter recoil spring.

Some of the later production Gen 3 9MM's also have faulty extractors from the factory, where it doesn't hold the case securely enough. This present itself as erratic ejection (brass to the face, stovepipes), and can be fixed with the Apex Tactical failure resistant extractor and replacing the 336 ejector with a 30274.

Glock "Perfection", yeah sure.

Thanks for the reply. Silencerco recommend trying a lighter recoil spring also. In the mean time I will put some more rounds through the barrel. Until I swapped out the barrel, the gun worked great. It has had no telling how many rounds put through it over the last 6 years. If the spring does not work I will probably just set up the G21 with a threaded barrel.
