One of the more foolish things I did with guns was to sell my S&W 39. That was about the best shooting 9mm I've ever owned. I tried the model 59 which had a double stack magazine but it was too thick for my hand to grip. One thing I like about my Ruger SR9, not as nice a pistol as the Smith 39, but a good pistol nonetheless is that it has about the same size grip and angle but with a seventeen round magazine. I do like that about poly framed pistols, larger magazines without a wide grip.
