Slugging a bore and Casting a chamber?

I've got a couple No.4 Enfields and I'd like to find the one with the best bore and chamber to test some handloads with. The 1st step will be checking headspace, then I need to check the bore dimensions as I understand some of these rifles have oversize bores.

How does one go about slugging a bore and casting a chamber?
