I think I mentioned this revolver once before when I was contemplating buying it. In any event, $400 later it became mine.

Someone went to a great deal of expense and effort to add adjustable sights to this 64-1. It's far from being in pristine condition but what I was really hoping for is for it to be a shooter. I have not been disappointed. It is now my go-to pistol for the range, coming in second in accuracy behind my Sig X5 (at 4 times the price the Sig should be king of the hill).

I added a set of Kim Ahrends tactical stained maple grips to finish the package. Figured it was time to share a few pictures with the good folks here at THR :)

Nice! They essentially turned it into a 67 with those sights. K and L frame Smith revolvers suit me like they were made for me, even more so the L frame. :)

I like it! Definitely one of a kind wjth those sights and I'm a big fan of Kim Ahrend's grips.

I don't see anything wrong with it not being in "pristine" condition. It certainly doesn't look bad to me. If it were mine, I would have to hit it with Mother's Mag and Aluminum Polish, and make it shine. But hey, that's what I like, YMMV!
