Smokin' deal on AR15 BUIS

Was at a local gun store this weekend and found a great deal on a BUIS for one of my AR's See link:

It was marked $29.99. I almost thought it was mismarked until I noticed 3 more of the same item. It's made in China, but seems to be of pretty good quality. If there is any negative, it is stiffer to adjust than my regular Bushy AR rear sight.

That's the exact one I have. No gun yet, it's on it's way, but I have the sight for itLOL
I treated mine with a leberal dose of lithium grease and it seemed to help the adjustment knobs "click" a little easier. Now we'll just wait and see how much gunk the grease attractsLOL
If I may ask, is yours mounted on a flat top? I'm wondering how mine will work with the front site's on my new rifle...

That's the BUIS I use, and it's solid as a rock.
