I bought a Lee hand primer from Midway, on sale for $17.99. Best money I've ever spent. It consistently seats primers, and I've not had one pop yet. Plus, it's twice as fast as the Lee Loader's primer seater. A word of advice, it doesn't come with shellholders, so I advise you to make certain you get the ones you need for the calibers you load. It's a little tricky at first, but after you prime a few dozen cases you'll get the hang of it.

I love my rcbs universal because shell holders are dumb.

On the Lee hand primer if you need more than a couple shell holders it is cheaper to buy the kit if it has the ones you need.
