Ok I want a 3" SP101 in .357. I know they offer a DAO version with a bobbed hammer on the 2 1/4" barrel version. I don't see it available on Ruger's website with the 3".
Does anyone know if Ruger ever offered this combination?

I don't think they do or ever did.

people will be along soon to tell you to get your Dremel out but I send mine to someone with a steadier hand than me. He also worked the trigger internals and took the sharp edges off the trigger itself plus some other work. It's by far the best trigger in my safe and I have lot's of old and new Smiths. shown with a Speed Six.

Ruger has them in stock the only problem is they want you to send them the gun so they can install it. Somone said they will send it direct to a gunsmith.
Every once in a while they have them on gunparts I keep looking to.

I don't think Ruger ever offered 3" as a spurless (at least catalogued). Having a gunsmith bob the hammer vs. sending to Ruger is a lot cheaper. If you want a DAO the gunsmith can also remove the single action sear.

I don't think Ruger has ever offered a 3.06" SP101 with a spurless hammer. Perhaps, now that the market seems to appreciate the 3.06" length more, maybe Ruger could be persuaded to offer a run with DAO hammers. I got a take-out spurless hammer through evilbay several years ago, when they still allowed such parts to be listed, and recently bought a 3.06" SP101 that it now calls home. My other, snubbier SP101s, have various hammer configurations.
