Speed Loader help.

I am looking for a speedloader for my Taurus M856. Does anyone know which speedloader will work for my revolver.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

To clear things up Ive looked into HKS speedloaders and they do not have my model listed. The same goes for Safari Land. Does anyone know which model will work for my revolver.

I believe the cylinder size of your pistol is the same as all the other 5 shot .38 spl pistols Taurus makes. The HKS loader that is for the J frame S&W's as well as the 5 shot Taurus pistols should work fine die your gun too. They're relatively inexpensive. Go buy one locally and ask the owner if he'd take a return if it doesn't work for your pistol. Try it out and get more loaders if it does work.

The M856 is a 6 shot. I seem to think I have seen them out there...can't remember the model number at the moment

Thanks much. My local dealer does not allow returns due to the fact that the package is torn when the speed loader is opened. Booface. I'm going to try the other shop in town but thought I would drop a line here to see if someone had he answer.

Try a speed loader for a Colt Detective Special. It has a small-diameter, six-shot .38 cylinder. HKS product code is "DS-A".

If nothing else try a speed strip, 38 or 357 and it will hold 5 or 6 rounds. under 10 bucks
