Ok, a bit of a grail knife for me, a paramilitary 2 in s110v, due to the steel choice, and color of the g10 used for the handles.
The fit and finish is like a top, no up and down play, or side/side. Bevels are spot on.
Normal use I'm sure it will shine,....but the question begs to be asked: is it worth the extra price vs. other Para2 offerings? Answer: Kinda!
Looking at the s35v model, it's going for roughly the same price, so for that comparison yes, the price of the s110v is worth it completely, much better steel.
But the s110v model is 20-25 dollars more than the standard s30v model. At that price point, I feel the price increase is FAIR for the upgrade you are receiving. Pricing on these are just at a sweet spot, it makes sense and looks like s110v will be offered in a few other Spyderco models we have come to love.
