I have had the good fortunate of hunting with and using a variety of thermal optics from various manufacturers over the years. For the most part, I can figure out how any of them work without using the manual. They mostly all do the same basic things, just in different manners. Thermal scopes are usually driven by a series of buttons and/or knobs and a menu system. How hard can things be? However, I had some issues with the S35. I was chasing my impacts all over the target. So, I broke out the manual. When in doubt, the manual should spell things out well enough to help you understand what is going wrong and why, right?

So here is the manual...

Here is the section that I need to read...

That is the totality of the section. The next listing is "BATTERIES." I guess everything pertaining to the various menu options and settings in the Zereoing section are covered by the dots, but I don't read dots.

Anybody want to take a crack at interpreting what they say?

'1. ...................' means that the zeroing adjustments are self-explanatory and you're on your own! :D

Honestly, it looks like someone started working on a manual but never finished it. And somehow no one noticed that fact before sending out the product.

Their video isn’t much more valuable but it might be all you need.

He may be used to customer service over the phone, where you don’t actually have tha ability to “show” anyone what you are doing.

He marked his last two shots wrong in his table target too the one on the right hit higher on the down range target.

If you can get the guy on the phone from Germany who really knows what's going on, good luck understanding him.
