Stevens 301 vs ATI Nomad ?

i want your advice on which shotgun i should buy which brand is better i was told stevens is made in china and ATI is made in the us in south carolina , theses are the only two brands i have to choose from . thank you in advance

I believe ATI imported the Nomad from Turkey. I have a similar one I use for sub caliber adapters. Shoots 45lc and now 44 mag just fine. you tube has the Nomad and the ss12 reviews.

The ATI Nomad is made in Turkey by the "Hunt Group." The same shotgun is sold by FedArm, Hatfield, and RIA. Lots of reports of the trigger guard breaking.

The Stevens 301 is actually a very good budget single shot if you can get past the made in China. Very similar to the old H&R/NEF guns. The 301 has a push button to remove the forearm unlike the H&R which required you to use a screw driver.

Stevens 301, hands down. Buddy has one he has put 1000's of skeet and field shot through, plus a few hundred buckshot, turkey shot and exotic ammunition. It has held up well. So well, it meets my strict approval.

ATI made in Turkey. Stevens made in China. I strongly oppose purchasing anything made in China.
