Stevens 311 barrels info needed

Will all stevens sxs 311 12ga barrels fit all of their 12ga receivers? I have a chance to pick up a set of 26" barrels in like new shape for next to nothing...Any info appreciated...

These are factory 'assembly line' guns, and should be interchangable. Keyword is should.

You may have to do a little custom fitting with a file, but it is no biggie.

I have and do own several, but have never swapped barrels.

The 26" barrels are choked IC and MOD. If you can get them for next to nothing, why not??

I have a couple of 311's they are different gauges tho, since they are assembly line guns another barrel set MIGHT fit.
