Sticky for Parker v. DC?

Can we get a stickied, locked thread that will only have updates on the case itself, and not dozens of pages of discussion?

This is a pretty important issue, and it's hard to know what's going on with the current thread.

Well, there's nothing to post yet.

SAF is good about sending out press releases w/in 8-24 hours of any news. I'll post ASAP it unless someone else beats me to it.

Not sure if my say counts here but I'd like to see that as well. Tempted to use the "report" tool to bring it to the mods attention but don't want to piss 'em off.

Ze-man, just send a PM to any mod who is shown as being online. No big deal.

Still, there is no news to report now. When there is, it'll stay near the top of the list on its own. If there is a need for "call to action," it'll get stickied.

The current thread is full of weird arguments about obscure legal precedents, findings, etc. It's too tough to figure out what's going on. I'm envisioning a thread that you can always look at the last post and know whatever there is to know... either it'll say "The next time anything is going to happen is on such-and-such a date" or "Here's a breakdown of what happened today and a link to the full story"
