I have a stoeger condor 20ga and noticed the safety is really tight to take on and off. I was out on a rabbit hunt and couldn't get the safety off with just shouldering it and flicking it off. I have to force it up into fire.

any fixes for this?

its used. not sure if the original owner registered it because shop said he put a box through it and sold it.

wasn't sure about putting oil in there and have no clue how to take the stock off.

ill try the oil as this years hunting/firearm money has to slow down a bit.

There are two screws holding the recoil pad on (look for tiny +s in the rubber and put a little soap on the screwdriver). After removing the recoil pad, you should be able to see a nut on the stock bolt. I have no idea what it is on a Stoeger, but on my Beretta gas gun it is a 13mm nut). Once undone, you should be able to pull the stock.

The owner's manual is available free online - you may want to print a copy for yourself.
