I've had mine for over two years and have had no problems. I hear Beretta service in the US takes care of warranty work. Let us know what you find out.
That's because Beretta owns them, although I believe they are "under" Benelli in the corporate structure. Beretta owns Benelli too. And Sako, Tikka, Burris and a bunch more.
