Hey guys,

I'm currently taking a politics and regulation class and the assignment I'm currently working on requires some info. Since firearms were brought up last class I though I'd be the one guy in the class who bats from the right so to speak.

What I'm specifically looking for is articles that deal with regulatory agencies making/challenging/opposing policy on firearms. For example, all those lawsuits about gun manufacturers being sued over gun related crime and OSHA looking into it as a possible safety hazard would be great. But anything with some reg agency is fine.

What do you mean by articles? News articles? I wouldn't consider the media a reliable information source in this area. I'd search around in the various agencies' websites. You also need to determine which agencies are involved in firearms regulation - OSHA is not one of them.

Boys boys boys... all im looking for is some type of news article that coments on some type of federal regulatory agency dealing with firearms.

Yes OSHA does not directly relate to firearms, but neither does HUD and they have conducted several studies over the past several years about gun ownership in the inner city as it relates to crime.

Think of it this way... I'm looking for articles that are good illustrations of the government using loopholes and unconvestional methods to restrict the proliferation of guns, such as the example I gave of class action law suits... sponsered by some fed reg agency.
