Suppressor box - backyard shooting

Pyle - 1. $100. A local smith did it. I seen $'s from $60-$100 for this service.
2. None. Barrel length typically doesn't affect accuracy. BTW - it's a very accurate rifle with the subs. The monster scope helps alot, although it's fairly heavy.

You could always build a wood box and insulate it with some of the sound proof foam on all the walls of the box to reduce the sound.

How about looking for a large cardboard tube section, or cardboard drum, line it with some carpet padding, and shoot through that? Could probably be done fairly cheaply, and would be light and easy enough to move so that you wouldn't have to leave it out when you weren't using it.
