Tanfoglio mod ta76

My buddy's dad just gave him a rusted POS Tanfoglio mod ta76 .22lr revolver and he gave it to me to try and clean up a bit....Where would i find a manual to disassemble and reassemble it?

Can you post a pic?

Are you talking about the cowboy-type revolvers that Tangfolio made?

If so, I believe the generic name for these (made or imported by tons of folks as the Buffalo Scout, Hawes, etc) is the "E-15".

Check Bob's Gun Parts for a list of all the equivalent names, lists of parts, schematics, etc. If your Tangfolio is a cowboy gun, this page should do you.

Joe71... Not sure if you are still reading this post you made.. or how much help I can be... I have the original manual for the TA76 series... not much of a manul.. but provides a parts breakdown (with #'s) in the rear of it's all of four pages... If it can help ya.. let me know... can scan and email it to you if still needed....

Whoa! You dug deep for this one!

Actually, the buddy that needed my help recently moved to Seatle...I'll ask him if he ever got it fixed(which he probably didn't)

It is the E-15 though...I'll ask him if he is still wanting to fix it.
