I’ve got a G2C I acquired recently as sort of a range toy, but have become fond of.

The trigger pull, right handed, has a “catch” approximately half way through the d/a “like” pull.
(I understand that it’s the trigger safety mechanism that is causing it.)
Has anyone here dealt with that? Is it “fixable”

I don’t have much invested in it and don’t want to hassle with sending it back to get factory “no service”.

The Firing Pin Lock, the plunger in the slide, may be an issue? I found the fix for my G3C just yesterday.
It's always had a gritty trigger, like sand was in the action. Gets worse with more rounds.

I hosed it down with WD-40. Let It drain & wipe outside dry. FIRED 30 rounds with my now perfect trigger. https://www.thehighroad.org/index.php?media/albums/taurus-g3c-9mm-luger.317/

Works with my old Ruger MK1 also, that i hate to clean.

I’ve owned mine for about a year and a half. It was my first firearm purchase and has been my daily concealed carry weapon. I’ve run about 800 rounds through it without any problems. Purchased some different sites from Lakeland llc and a new guide rod. Nothing wrong with factory pieces at all. Just trying different stuff.

I'm going to have to try that. I have one of the older Millenium G2's that acts like that sometimes. Easier than tearing into it for sure.

Mine's just long and mushy, just like my PT145 and PT738. Which I why I carry a Gx4. Much better than either. (Well, I do carry the 738 also.)
