I had to send my TCP 380 in for repair. They were unable to repair it since they don't make it anymore. I got msrp value and the pick of any gun on the website and I pay the difference in price.
i only paid 175 for the 380 and got 257 msrp credit. I wound up getting the g3 full size. They don't have a pocket gun anymore, and nothing msrp for under 340, but I'm happy. Great customer service.

I'm surprised they wouldn't fix it. what was wrong with it? I've only had to ask their warranty dept to send me a roll pin to secure the rear sight on my PT101AF, which they did, along with a new recoil spring, for no charge. This was about 20 years ago though.

I was surprised that Ruger immediately liquidated all MKIII parts/frames (or so they told me) when the MKIV came out. They wouldn't sell me a grip frame for a MKIII 22/45. Maybe storage space is limited or sometehing.

They do have a pocket gun .380 ....Taurus Spectrum. It's my every day carry and is flawless and functions like a higher priced gun. Goes everywhere with me when I leave the house.
