The .38 special FBI load: still the best?

I'm issued and therefore carry Winchester Ranger 130gr jhp .38Special +P "RAS38SP".
I don't see this ammo on the WinchesterLE.com website as it may now be discontinued.

This ammo is used out of my S&W J-frame (442 or 642) backup guns.
 
When I bought my 642 I picked up boxes of 135 GDs($26/50) and the new Remington FBI load($19/50). Golddot group size was half that of the FBI load so that's what gets carried. Either one will likely get the job done.
