I heard back from them and apparently they are having a problem with their 115 grain 9mm moulds and had to order new ones. They are going to replace my order once they get the new moulds in.
Great. Sounds like bullet caster is exercising sound business practice of providing good customer service.

Good that they are standing behind their product. Bad that they don't seem to have good quality control - bullets like that should have never made it out of the building, or even into the coating process to begin with.

Have they been having QC issues? I just bought some .44 and .45 colt bullets from them. Haven't had a chance to look yet though.
I ordered a bag each of 115's, 124's, 158 SWC's and (IIRC) 180 SWC's. (Back when 4 bags got you free shipping)
The 115's were pretty darn lumpy,,, 124's were fair.
158's and 180's were good.
Based on the above, I'll most likely pass on any more 9. Might or might not do 158's again.

I’ve ordered lots of bullets over the decades and I’ve never seen any that were as poorly made as those. :(

I do have a big bunch of 125 gr .358 FP that seem to have blue crayon for lube. This garbage “lube” breaks off like it’s made of wax, leaving partially lubed (or completely unlubed) bullets on about 70 pct of these bullets. I bought these from some unknown seller at least a decade ago, I never knew what to do with them.

Since the lube is crap but the bullet shapes are good, I’m going to pick the remaining lube out of the lube ring with a dental pick and learn to powder coat them.

Hopefully your vendor will come through for you!
Stay safe.

I wouldn't look for great accuracy with those.
and I would let the seller know.

All bullet sellers that I've dealt with would replace those ASAP

Riomouse911 put them in a large pot of hot water and boil them. The wax will float to the surface and leave the bullets squeeky clean. Let the whole thing cool down and peel the wax off the top the next day. Picking out the lube will not remove all the wax and coating will not work well.
