What can you guys tell me about this rifle?

Very reliable and dependable accuracy.
New easy to remove breechplug design makes cleaning easier.
The stock is designed to comfortably accomodate a scope.
Alloy receiver.
I haven't heard any notable complaints about it, only good reports.

Have had mine 2 weeks now. Fired 200 thru it so far. I must say, it is very accurate, and a joy to shoot. I have also started using Blackhorn 209 powder and am equally satisfied with the result. This rifle is very easy and quick to clean. The weight is light, so it is very satisfying to carry in the field. The factory sights are great, and it is tapped for a scope if so desired. Was it expensive ? ... Well that depends on how rich you are, as mine was 475.00. But I figure, it will be the last muzzleloader I will have to buy in my lifetime. Well worth it.

I would recommend it to all.

My pet load; 100gr Blackhorn 209, a TC Shockwave 250gr.

I'm very pleased with mine. I took a black bear with 100 grains of 777 pushing a 348 grain powerbelt, and he was DRT. With sabots, the gun is amazingly accurate. With powerbelts, it's not as accurate, but still way more than is needed.

What kind of accuracy and power will it have at 150 or 200 yards?

Check them all out and see that the Triumph can deliver some pretty amazing accuracy.
Note that the loads are with the new Blackhorn 209 powder.

The power? That all depends on the load and how the shoulder feels.

I have both the Triumph and Omega. The Omega is far superior FOR ME. It fits me better and because of this I can shoot it more accurately. The speed breech is an excellent feature on the Triumph though. But not worth its lack of shootability. If I were to shoot a with a scope in either rifle then I would be able to be comfortable with either I would wager. Since I shoot with the FiberOps I give the Omega the nod.

I haven't bought one "yet"...But looking at it on the shelf, I don't like the hammer. It just looks too small and short for the use of a scope.
