Hi all, I'm looking for specs on a MPA 10SST in .45acp. Specifically, how many threads are on the (7/8-9) barrel, length of the barrel sticking out & how far from the receiver before the threads begin?
Any Mac 10 .45 barrel will have the same dimensions. There is a shoulder that's about 0.25" that butts up against the receiver. I'm not certain on the number of threads and how far from the receiver they start. What are you wanting to do?
Currently I'm going to make a custom flash suppressor that's compatible with other calibers. This also means I need I create a way to get the 7/8-9 threads down to a more reasonable size
So I've been thinking about buying a MPA10sst (.45ACP) (Semi version of mac 10 in pistol form) and will probably but a sig brace on it. Is it possible to thread the muzzle for 5/8-24? I understand that 5/8-24 is for .30 cal, but that is not a concern. (I'm making my own muzzle brakes.)
