For only those of you that actually own a Tisas / SDS / Zigano pistol and have needed it to be repaired while under warranty what were your experiences in dealing with them or their designated repair facility ?

Any first hand ownership opinions are welcome as well, good and bad. I'm considering an SDS / Tisas M16 9mm. I am aware that they are made in Turkey . Please limit comments to just this company's products.

Thanks all.

Ill preface by stating..Dont own one... would never own one.. Butttttt can you be specific about the issue your having? Since they are all pretty much rip offs of other companies products It could be a simple fix.

I think he just want's to know about what the customer service experience might be if he were to buy one and have a problem. He probably understands that service varies widely from gunmaker to gunmaker.

Exactly. Thank you for your comprehension and for being correct on both points.

I own a Tisas 1911 in 45acp. I haven't had it very long and shot haven't shot it much (60ish rounds). It's been 100% reliable and accurate enough. It isn't on the same level as my Kimber though, don't expect it to be. For a knock around 1911 45 it's done what I need it to do just fine.

Sorry I can't help on the warranty part, I haven't needed it.

have a tisas 1911, no issues with mine yet. turned it into a truck gun. has handled many hot summers locked in my truck in florida so far and still works well.

also have a regent tisas hi power clone. I had a minor issue, reached out to them, never heard back from them. so I dealt with it myself. no issues since then with it.

the other models might have more parts availability issues? I've found these off brand importers in the usa dont really have much or any parts access. they typically dont like to pay shipping and that can make a bad experience quite expensive. not sure about tisas though. something to consider in general with any of these off brands being imported.

I thank you both. Youtube videos and non biased reviews ( as much as possible, still taken with a grain of salt ) suggest that the model I was looking at has been durable and reliable but them not getting back to you after you reached out tells me all I need to know. Appreciated.
