Hello friends and neighbors // I feel ya.
I sold a 7 1/2" Redhawk 44mag to fund a transmisson once.
I miss it, enjoyed shooting and reloading for it, have many fond memories of numberous friends shooting it.
I've also had many opportunities to replace it and have always gotten something else,
go figure.
All in all I do not regret it.
Full disclosure: We went in a different order.
I have a S&W 586 6" I shoot everytime I go to the range, just fewer rounds now that I have the 442. I used it for everything hunting/hiking/HD/SD I could only afford 1 do all revolver.
After a long time, I got S&W 442 1 7/8" and I like it the best for daily use. Past 4 months my most carried and fired weapon. You barely know it is there. So I don't blame anyone for wanting a 442 over another handgun.
Now that I have the 4" Security Six one day soon I might be leaving the 6" home for the 15th time and think of something else I'd need/use more to trade it on.
You never know....that Tommy gun might just be in reach if I sell the ...hummm
