There's nothing at all wrong about your choice of forum for this question. I just I feel you'll have a better chance of it being read by someone who can give you useful information in the Revolvers area.
PPC has lost much of its popularity, and there are as many people willing to shoot revolvers there once was. As such, there's not generally a high demand for PPC revolvers, so despite the terrific gun they are, they don't generally fetch as much as you'd expect, considering what they are. I typically see them for sale in the $500-$800 range. I'd expect documented examples by noted 'smiths to be in the higher end of this range.
All this said, I'm a sucker for an accurate revolver. Got a pic?

If it means anything to the younger members, THR started when TheFiringLine.com closed down. Many of the TFL staff were picked up at THR, and were proud of our former service, hence the sigline.
