Has anyone noticed the new zinc coated bullets from Tulammo? I am specifically referring to the .223 caliber. I have noticed that accuracy has seriously went down. I used to get about 4 MOA with the older bullets but these have opened up to 7-ish MOA. I have stopped buying them and gone to brown bear and wolf exclusively. Anyone else shoot them with negative effects?

The .308 ammo has the same zinc bullets. Pretty strange looking. I haven't shot for accuracy, my PTR-91 is having... issues... right now!

I got a few boxes, and have a couple mags loaded with it. I have them set aside for werewolf defense, because I thought they were silver plated. But if they are zinc, I have to rethink the whole werewolf defense plan. :(

USAF Vet, I have some silver I can sell you for $100 over spot. Good deal, huh? ;)
Worth every penny if you ever run into a werewolf.

Fantastic. I've since been notified however, that the beast I'm most likely to encounter is the Michigan Dogman

Since the dogman isn't known to be a lycanthrope, I'm not sure if silver would actually be necessary.

Still working on my garlic impregnated hollow points for the occasional vampire encounter.
