Thanks if anyone can help serial# KM25967 I called Kimber and they said it was made in 2007. I know some .308's are 1-10 and some are 1-12. Kimber wasn't sure of the twist for sure around that year. Go figure!!!
A tight patch on a swivel handle cleaning rod with a piece of tape as a "flag" to mark rotation will tell you what you actually have, not what a catalog says it should have.
I'm thinking 12, but not sure. FWIW I wouldn't worry too much about it. I have 308's with 10, 11, and 12 twists. They all shoot bullets up to 180 gr just fine. And they may be OK with heavier bullets, I've just not spent much time with anything heavier. I did load up about 1/2 dozen 200 gr loads a few years ago, but didn't really pursue that very far.
