Anyone have an in stock source for the convertible 45 cap cylinders for a Cattleman?

Friend of mine bought one but can’t afford to feed it 45 Colt but neither he nor I can locate a conversion cylinder in stock anywhere.

Yes, not in stock and haven't been for a long time. Checked a bunch of places and they seem to be discontinued; Brownelles, etc.

A cylinder has to be fitted to the gun.
It's not a "drop-in" part.
