What makes you think that all of these changes are going to have a positive effect on the issues with your wrist rather than making them worse? If you truly were trying for that net positive, you'd be implementing the changes one at a time and recording the differences.
But that's not what you've even remotely suggested doing here.
You just want to tinker. Again, nothing wrong with that. But don't get bent out of shape when you ask for our help and we don't give you the answer you want to hear like you have been doing.

You're trying to have an original shotgun to you and tinker at the same time, not improve your situation.
Again, nothing wrong with that, but let's call a spade a spade.

the only change i need to help that is a change to the grip angle, vertical pistol grips are just fine.. the other things have more to do with cleaning up the finish which now has a couple bare spots

my personal thoughts about multi use shotguns,
1 keep it simple and light, easier on the arms carrying.
2.you can get a short barrel with multiple chokes to do different things.
3.you can get different barrel setups(slug, bird etc)
4.practice loading on the run or under stress, you will save money and have less logistical problems with malfunctions.
5.pistol grips hurt wrists, avoid themuse the birds head grip..folding stocks break.you can't buttstroke with folding stocks.
basic needs below. go through gun and make sure it functions well with no hang ups.
6.if you have to use it in a defense situation, you might lose it.if you don't have much money invested, not as bad a hit.
7.get a shoulder pouch that can hold a box of 00 to grab if you think you need more ammo to handle the situation.

wow, those "speed feed" stocks only hold four?.. and they look a bit more complex than a simple side saddle.. that reminds me, doesnt the benelli nova have a forend with a button on it that stops the rounds from feeding from the tube magazine when pressed, so someone could have a loaded magazine and still be able to open the action without feeding one to single load maybe another type of ammo?

then again.. seems kind of pointless.. as long as the tube isnt full you could just load one into the magazine and cycle it

It's for crossing fences in the field - you don't want the gun to have a round chambered when crossing a fence but don't want to have to cycle all of the ammo in the magazine thru the gun to ensure that the chamber is empty.

aah, fair enough then.. i almost bought a benelli nova but didnt like how the stocks werent interchangeable to my knowledge
