Using 444 Marlin brass for 410 shotguns

I overcame .410 ammo sticker shock years ago.
I have reached a state of uncomfortably numbed in re .410.

CCI .45 Colt shotshells make a good snake load for .410. The aluminum rims are a bit bigger than the rims of brass .45 Colt.

You bought 10 boxes of ammo for a rifle you don't have?

When you buy ammo at a closing sale, the markdown can be insane enuf to buy ammo you don't use, simply as an investment.

I passed up stacks of .30 Mauser pistol ammo at "Steal me" prices when a dept store was closing. I was tempted to offer a price for the whole lot but decided (1970s) the likelihood of having a Tokarev or Mauser was unlikely. Decades later I had a C96 and CZ52.

Yep! was $8 a box, bought it all

same with Die and Brass. What comes to mind… 375 h&H, 357 Sig, and one more… 8 Remington mag
well, you might be on to something. If I ever want to shoot the 410 that was given to me (not my highest priority), I may have to buy some 444 brass lol.

I need 100 .444 brass.

This will be a must try.

IIRC, I have 1 round of .444, that was in a trade box. Need to see if I can find it and how it fits in the SxS.
