We can be philosophical about rights all we wish on the High Road, but this poll simplistically asks if we back the idea of personal ownership of guns in the USA. Yes, it is phrased overly simplistically, but a 'yes' vote signals support for gun ownership and a 'no' vote supports the anti-gunner side of the issue as it is presented.

Your typical anti-gun extremist could care less about the implications of the Declaration of Independence, the strict interpretation of the Constitution, or the intricacies of the Federalist Papers. They just don't want us to have ownership or access to guns.

Vote holding at 95% 'Yes.'

Yes - 96%

I wonder how many of these votes originated from Pro Gun websites, or if it is widespread????

Poll results

After the pro gun vote wins this poll by a land slide, then what? Nobody will see the results.

The inherent danger in owning a firearm is not that it might go bang, but that after you've had one for a while, you might start thinking for yourself.
