I believe Walmart has quietly backtracked at a lot of their superstores.
One thing I find amazing in my little corner of the world, is that all the humans “up in arms” about WalMart’s statement of discontinuing ammo sales (even thought they didn’t) went to shop at MEIJER, who actually DID remove all of their handgun AND AR-15 ammunition.
I find these human think that only “Wal-Mart people” shop at Walmart and they pay a little more not to have to deal with “those people”.
I laugh at their flawed reasoning and abject distain for those they view as lesser humans. Even though these lesser humans are found quite readily at any venue open to the general populace, whether Meijer, Macy’s or Saks...
Wal-Mart can keep their ammo. I don’t care if they are giving it away.
I would be the first in line for free ammunition...
As a single Dad, I must be thoughtful in where I stand in my personal values.
If Wal-Mart has to say things to keep the sheep happy, I will still try to spend the least amount I can on me and my hobby.
That way I still have one and Dadi doesn’t go crazy from only being mommy, and the kids still get new clothes.
I just bought four hundred nine millimeter rounds for less than I could have just bullets shipped to my house for.
