Want to have a 1911 milled for an optic. Where should I go?

Transitioning from irons to optics for carry, and I'd like to convert one of my single-stack 9mm 1911s to take an optic instead of buying yet another pistol to training and range-work.

Who does this sort of conversion well? I'm willing to commit to a particular footprint and not do plates, or I could do plates if it's done well.

I just don't really know who the preferred outfits are.

Gunsmith for 2011 Red Dot Cut?

I have a 2009 SV Infinity I'd like cut for an SRO and refinished in DLC. Can anyone recommend a good gunsmith for this? I've reached out to Infinity (no response) and Hayes (declined the project.)

If it were mine I would chance reaching out to a few professionals in the industry like Joe Chambers. Chambers Customs saw well past traditional form with the 1911 and embraced potential early on.
