Weaver scopes

Anyone have experience with either of these scopes? Looks like they are being discontinued by Weaver and are discounted at several places. I was looking at using primarily on CZ rimfire(s).

While I don't have either of those particular models, I do have three Weavers mounted on various rifles. I think Weaver offers very good optics at a reasonable price.
