Weaver V9-B 1970 scope

Does anyone have a V9-B Weaver 3x9 with 25' to 1000 yard AO adjustments? I need a eye sight trim that has been broken thru the years. Also the truants' when I screw all the way in and then start the count out I go by 5 and they get loose. Does anyone know the full rotation turn so I can center the scope? My leupolds are around 4 1/2 and center around 2 and a quarter?? I tried to contact Weaver no response yet, nice if I had a manual?? thanks
