What’s the cut-off for registering pistol/braced firearms as SBR’s for free?

As the title says “What’s the cut-off for registering pistol/braced firearms as SBR’s for free” … or have I already missed it?

I’ve already got 25+ stamps, but haven’t applied for an F1 for several years, so if I get 1-2 or more in the free program, I don’t really care what anyone else thinks.

My health hasn’t been been good for several months but finally I’m on the rebound now, and I’ve got a few I would register if I could do it for free … otherwise I’ll just leave the braces off until this whole debacle gets over-turned
