Excluding 1911s (and, by the same token, the Sig P938), here are the 9mm single stacks I am aware of:

Taurus
S&W Shield
Ruger LC9
Kahr
Beretta Nano
Walther PPS

What options am I missing?

ETA: Just looking for current production models.

S&W 3913 or 3914. You can find them used. They have an excellent reputation. Maybe other 3rd gen S&Ws also, but I'm not familiar with all 3rd gens.

Are you looking for just current production guns? Here are some past production pistols just off the top of my head:

Luger
S&W 39/439/539/3906/952
Walther P38/P1
H&K P7
H&K P9
Sig P225
Sig P220/Browning BDA
Beretta 951
Benelli B76

I'm noticing a distinct lack of ambi magazine releases (not reversible, but true ambi), with the exception of the PPS. And I don't like the Walther mag release :(

Kel-Tec PF9?

S&W CS9. I know where a brand new one in the box is so is that current production?

XDs in 9mm. Not today but soon?

Missing 9x17, 9x18ultra or police some 9x21 plus 9x23 offerings. The 9x18 Makarov does not count because it is not true 9mm slug.

Eso, I specifically mentioned 1911s in my post as something I don't want. Pablo, I didn't mention it, but I'm looking for 9x19.

Dondavis, because I wanted to look at the thinner side of things.

As Toivo mentioned above the P239. It's concealability is very good, reliability and no FTF/FTE. IMHO one good pistol.
