Well it looks like Ruger has brought them back.....
http://ruger.com/products/77Series/overview.html
you left out the 10-22I never heard anyone complain about the accuracy of ruger revolvers but yes the rifles such as the mini 14's, mini 30's, mark77's, and number 1's can range from mediocre to abismal. Looks like they have turned the ship around with the American rifle as I can attest they are tack drivers, which is exactly what they needed to stay relevant. I'm curious if they have carried over this accuracy to the Hawkeye?
I have a 4.2" sp101 that is very accurate and this winter bought an LC9s that is astonishingly accurate for what it is. I can hold shots on a 6" plate with that at 20 yards offhand which I find amazing for a tiny semi auto pocket pistol.
I've got the big boy steel model. I like the little extra weight to soak up a bit more recoil, the trigger is a bit better, the extra capacity, and the cheek weld with open sights is better. I shoot rifles lefty so the lever action favors that, and I also prefer the aesthetic of the lever gun versus the bolt action.
I'd prefer a pre safety Marlin even more so I could have a loading gate instead of a tube, but they are pretty pricey these days.
"The MSRPs of these rifles will lie anywhere from $939 – $1,069 depending on the configuration."
They must be buying them back off Gunbroker.

you left out the 10-22
Looks like it's a done deal:

Shortly after it was discontinued I saw two go back to back on Gunbroker for over $2000. I bet those guys feel rather foolish.
Okay. There are 7 10-22's in the family and I have shot them all and have no complaints with accuracy with any of them. They are all about 1" at 50 yards guns except for one. My father in law has an international that is probably 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 at 50. I don't remember ever breaking a part in any of them and none of them needed any parts or work to make them shoot.
Sorry but I chuckled at this one.
Ruger is very well known to drop production of certain models for a while only to bring them out again later, happens all the time. The Ruger manufacturing process allows for this.
I would love to have a .357 version and am glad they're back, though will wait until orders are filled and the prices stabilize again.
I've read this on here more times then I can count the Henry should have loading gate. Well then it would not be a Henry, it would be a Winchester model 1866. The modern Henry company makes it's coin off nostalgia. They are no sooner going to put a loading gate on the Henry than make it a full auto. Why do they make it load like a 22....it should have a loading gate, this is the way lever guns should load....and why I will not own a henry till it comes with a gate.
Guess I am a cheap bastage, I am not going to pay $1000 for a ruger....yea MSRP and all, but get real....not going to happen.
Guess I will stick with something nice and old, I don't mind the hunt....that is part of the fun.
Rats! The 77/44 is back?! And I'm broke.
[I can't see iron sights good anymore, and am strongly prejudiced against 'closed-top' lever actions, so the 77/44 is the remaining option.]
And the 77/357Buds has the 77/44 currently in stock.
THISRuger needs to bring back the Deerfield.
Chances are pretty good, Ruger just reintroduced these rifles.
The Henry Big Boy is so ugly and overweight, I'm shocked that the mag tube is all most folks find to complain about them.
