Federal's own website only claims a MV of just 1000FPS for their non +P 147gr HST with 124gr +P starting at 1200FPS and remaining well over 1000FPS within normal pistol range. Not that velicity is everything, but I think there are valid reasons for chosing +P and 124gr bullets.Quote:
