What exactly are they banning.

“Assault weapon” is a vague term. What exactly are they going to ban? I hate that term, I mean, if someone is writing with a pen it’s a pen, if someone is sticking it in someone’s neck its an “assault” pen.

They’re not banning anything yet. They’re not banning anything until a bill has passed both Houses of Congress, but so far it’s passed only the House. And we can’t know what the bill bans until we can read it in its final, enacted version.
