For me, it's Maglula loaders. My older hands were getting worn out loading 20 or so magazines in whatever caliber I was shooting that day. They are a lifesaver, and I can load any mag in record time without beating up my thumbs.
Boresnakes are another biggie; I have 'em in every size in my range bag. Seven of them take up minimal space and weight practically nothing. 1 or 2 quick passes during extended shooting sessions makes a big difference in how nasty a gun is when I get home. They seem to last practically forever.
The best $2 I ever spent was on a "Pro Shot Bore Illuminator". It's neon green, J-shaped piece of plastic that gathers light and lights up the bore on anything as well as a flashlight. It can also serve as a chamber flag.
And finally, the Tipton Ultra gun vise. I started out with the $19 el-cheapo plastic Gun Butler or whatever its called. When I upgraded to the Ultra (bought on sale for $99), gun cleaning or maintenance was no longer a mere chore but a joy again. Pistol, rifle, AR platform -- it holds everything securely, however I want it.
So how about you?
