Just pulled the bird from the oven and I'll be damned if the S didn't hit the fan. Damned thing is running amok in our house. Quick, what caliber do I use to put this thing out of commission?

OLD H&R Topper in 20 gauge.

That is what Cracker Barrel had mounted to the wall over the Fireplace today anyway :D

I cheated, snagged mom and off we went early, told them my name at 10 AM, seated by 10:05 AM. Granted I was not even started good playing with a nail puzzle...they have all the neat toys from my youth there. :p

Loads: Well lets see they had Federal in the really really old boxes I used to buy...some slugs in the small boxes, #7 1/2 shot and some #4...Turkey, #4 would work.

Slugs must have been for Ham . :neener:

Too bad that wheelbarrow was secured so well...I needed wheel-barrowed out the place.

[where is the "full as a tick" smilie when you need it?]

You're going to be at very close ranges with this bird, I'd recommend a 12 ga w/ #4 buckshot. Make sure you have a mag extention, though. These things are tough.

Just smear the floor with cranberry dressing, and then, when it's slipping and sliding, clobber it with a pumpkin pie. That way, it'll get its just desserts!

If you were a real man you would wrestle with him and break his neck !!!

Groan...

Preacher - that'll cost you..

5 Hail Mary's, one box each of .45ACP, 9mm and Federal 1oz. Now go forth and pun no more.

*shrug* What do I know? It might just work. I'm not Catholic. We'll see. :p

I'm just glad TarpleyG didn't ask what gun or how to deal with a Goose running rampant in his kitchen...

Preacher would have really punned us on that one...

you have it all wrong......

First of all, we need to understand what the turkey is trying to say. I mean, we cant just asume because its running amuck that its intentions are evil or should be deemed agressive.

The turkey has been persecuted for generations. Its our duty as good Americans to try and help the turkey.....make the turkey feel at home and welcomed.

Its typical of a gun loving society to want to condemn and "Shoot first, ask questions later."

I say lets just ask the turkey if it means to do us harm. Reason with the turkey. Cmon now people, cant we just all get along?

Turn in your firearms today, and save a turkey tomorrow :)

Although I shot my turkey with a 10ga with #4s, when he got out of the frier I just used my Mad Dog Rezin to settle his hash!:) :)

Burp...

I had a big appetite, and a lot of backup, and the turkey still won...

But we sure put a big dent in it!:D

Zonamo, is that the assault utensil version with the high capacity basting reservoir? Don't want anyone from CA, MA, NJ, et al. getting into trouble...
