Rbernie, there is an Australian company that makes No.4 clones in x39 (using AK mags) and x51 (using M14 mags). Adjustable sights and an M1903 rail too.
So they say. Nobody has seen one, and there have been two supposed US importers that never materialized a single example. There was one reported sighting in SE Asia of one example, and it was reportedly very poorly done.

I've read the stories - I'll believe it when I actually see it. :)

Colt 1903/1908 up-bored for 9mm NATO.
TSMG in .50GI and titanium.
Sniper Garand and M1903, with repro correct scopes.
WWII trenchguns with bayonet lugs and heatshields--the '01 Ithaca "Homeland Security" was an almost-but-not-quite.
Semiauto Ma Deuce at an affordable price.

Oh, they do exist. http://www.ukgunroom.com/viewGun.jsp?id=10508 Probably not enough demand on your side of the pond to get dealers' backside into gear. Damn you and your semiautos... ;)

Funny you should say a 1903 Pocket Hammerless since I was toying with that rather attractive idea myself a couple of days ago.
I've never seen one upclose, but I've heard that they're quite oversized for the .380acp, so .45acp with modern manufacturing should be theseable.
